I loved the historic charm of this hotel and the furniture was spot on. The spa had a unique style that I enjoyed and the view from both my room and the pool was breathtaking. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Nothing all good.

Thermal water and stunning surrounds. We recently visited a spa hotel located in the heart of a mountainous region of Argentina, where we had access to some of the most amazing thermal water pools we have ever experienced. The natural hot springs made our stay unique, and we enjoyed the breathtaking views of the mountains surrounding us. we appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location and the easy access it provided to local landmarks, such as natural hot springs and beautiful hiking trails.
Poor service and food. However, we have to say that the hotel service and food were somewhat disappointing.

Nestled in the midst of lush forests and breathtaking mountains, this hotel provides a perfect opportunity to relax amidst the splendor of nature. the cozy room and fitful sleep are perfect after taking a dip in the thermal pool. Plus, the breakfast is scrumptious, with fresh juices, pastries, and fruits.
Although the staff tries to be helpful, the language barrier is sometimes frustrating.

Great location - beautiful views and close to landmarks. Friendly staff who were polite and helpful. Loved the spa, especially the private baths with amazing views. Happy with the complimentary bath robes provided. Food was decent and reasonably priced. Good excursions available.
Rooms were not well maintained and the decor was old, not like the pictures online. Water took a long time to get hot.
